Microfluidics(微流道結構)-Nano Imprint我們提供客製化的鎳板微流道模具與Lab-on-a-chip (LOC)的熱壓或射出成形系統，根據客戶要求的厚度、尺寸、格式、圖樣與圖樣深度提供客製化鎳板生產。此外，鎳板可根據不同的格式做尺寸切割，圖樣線寬：50nm到1mm皆可；圖樣深度：50nm到30um，可做多層不同深度結構，一般可做到四層以上
  • Lateral pattern dimensions from 50 nm to 1 mm
  • Pattern depths between 50 nm to 30 µm
  • Multiple pattern depths possible, 4 levels demonstrated
Microfluidics主要參數
  • 尺寸：140 mm diameter以內，任意尺寸皆可
  • 厚度：最厚 1 mm
  • 線寬誤差量：50 nm – 2 µm: +/- 15%, 2-20 µm: +/- 10%, 20-500 µm: +/- 5%
  • 鎳板凸點高度(corresponds to channel depth)：0-30 µm
  • 高度誤差量：+/- 10%
  • 深寬比：Up to 1:3 (pattern dependent)
