LME系列低壓差壓力傳感器利用傳感器芯片集成的微流路，通過檢測熱氣流流量的變化檢測氣壓。得益於創新型LME技術，該系列傳感器具有卓越靈敏度，在超低壓力工作環境下尤甚。相比其他基於流量的壓力傳感器，流經LME系列傳感器的氣流量極低，確保對粉塵污染、潮濕和長距離管路具有極強的抗擾度。 LME系列低輪廓傳感器總高度僅為9毫米（包含壓力端口在內），允許歧管直接靈活組裝。此外，該系列傳感器具有高度靈活性，適用於定制化適配器，能夠滿足針對特定應用的安裝需求。
