LDE系列低壓差壓力傳感器利用傳感器芯片集成的微流路，通過檢測熱氣流流量的變化檢測氣壓。得益於創新型LDE技術，該系列傳感器具有卓越靈敏度，在超低壓力工作環境下尤甚。相比其他基於流量的壓力傳感器，流經LDE系列傳感器的氣流量極低，確保對粉塵污染、潮濕和長距離管路具有極強的抗擾度。微型化SMT與DIP外殼設計令空間節約型PCB安裝方式成為可能。
