RiGO801- Micro-LED goniopotometer

RiGO801- Micro-LED goniopotometer專為測量來自極小型LED的高解析度光線資料而開發的。對於尺寸小於0.1毫米的光源的高精度測量，需要達到微米級（個位數微米）的影像解析度和位置精度。具有1.2 µm/像素的影像解析度和< 3 µm的光線資料位置精度。這使得它可以對尺寸從約30 µm起的微型LED進行高品質的測量。
