矽/鍺光探測器

Hinds的檢測系統專為高頻光學訊號設計，特別適用於光彈調製器（PEM）應用中產生的訊號。DET-200的尺寸為2英寸 x 2英寸 x 1英寸，配有#8-32螺紋孔，適合柱式安裝。這些探測器適用於0.05mW~5mW範圍的訊號。對於較低訊號水平，Hinds開發了我們的雪崩二極體光電探測器APD-100。
